The Dukes Head Hotel
was built in
1701, with a large traditional fireplace, original
bread oven and oak beams
it is just bursting with character. This
enchanting hotel is situated in the lea of the
picturesque North Downs in Surrey, being only three miles from
the old market town of Dorking. Here guests are
recommended to visit the “famed” West Street renowned
for its array of antique shops, or "Denbies" ~ one of
England's finest vineyards. We offer convenient
access to London Gatwick and Heathrow Airports.
Central London is less than 40 minutes by train. The M25, M23 and A24 make

our accommodation is
flexible, with rooms in the old and new parts of the
building. All our rooms including our private guest
lounge are pleasingly appointed and
have tea ,coffee and colour televisions facilities in
each room. Every room has full en-suite facilities.

children's area adjacent to the beer garden. For those
just wanting to take a break or on a business trip and just want to

to everybody all
day from 12pm to 8.30 pm seven days a week with
home cooked food prepared in our own kitchens from
fresh ingredients bought in daily. Try our
delicious homemade Cottage Pie, sirloin steaks and steak pies
home made Lasagne as well as a huge
variety of traditional dishes and our Vegetarian meals.
